Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns will be reviewed and accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Returned products must be unused and sent back with all original packaging and tags. If the tag seal that loops from the main label to the price tag is broken, the product will not be accepted for return.
If an item does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange by emailing us at onlinekalakosh@gmail.com. Please mention the reason for return in the email and attach a picture for reference.
Return Shipping Charges:
If you purchased a minimum of two products and wish to return one, we will cover the return shipping charges.
If you purchased only one product and wish to return it, the shipping cost will have to be borne by you.
For exchanges, please follow the same procedure. Additionally, mention the product you would like in exchange, and we will send the replacement once we receive your return.
In cases where a refund has been approved, you must use a reliable courier service to ship the parcel back to us and share the courier receipt. A maximum of Rs. 120/- will be refunded against return shipping charges.
Return & Exchange Conditions
A return will be accepted only if:
The item delivered was damaged.
The item delivered was not as described at the time of purchase.
The item ordered does not fit in size.
Any freebie (complimentary item) received with an order is neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Returns and exchanges are not applicable on international shipments under any circumstances.
Sale items (products listed on the sale page) are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
All exchanges are subject to product availability.
In case of receiving a wrong or damaged item, you must report it within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp message, along with the product picture and an unboxing video.
Please note: Consecutive returns or exchanges of the same order are not allowed.
Steps to Return an Item:
Place the item in its original packaging.
Write your order number on a piece of paper or attach the original invoice, and seal the package properly.
Call our support team, and we will arrange a pickup from your location.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. We recommend using a reliable courier service to ensure tracking of the parcel. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it will result in deductions or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage.
The return process will be closed within 15 days from the date we receive the returned item(s) from the customer.
